How refunds and replacements work at Prontoware Games.
Right of withdrawal
You may request a refund on any unrevealed key within 14 days of purchase. Once a key has been revealed, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies.
Faulty keys
If a key does not work, contact us within the 12-month warranty period and we will replace it or refund you in full.
