How to activate
This card can only be used to recharge a Sinopec refueling card. Download the official Sinopec mobile application “易捷加油” (Easy Joy Refueling App). Open the app and select “Refueling Card”. If you do not have a Sinopec refueling card, you need to apply for one first. Bind the refueling card to your account. Click “Recharge”. Select “Refueling Card Recharge”. Enter the 20-digit e-card password to complete the recharge.
