Start by tidying up the place, arranging tables with care, placing your first order of raw materials, and crafting an enticing menu. Finally, open the doors to the public and welcome your first guests. Manage service carefully Once doors are open, efficient service is key. Organize your team, assign tasks, and ensure every customer is served promptly and courteously. Strategically place customers in the dining area, manage orders, and make sure every visitor leaves your brasserie with a smile … and with their bill paid! The success of your establishment hinges on the quality of your service. Run the bar Bar management is a vital component of your brasserie. Make sure you always offer a selection of quality wines, coffees, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. Serve drinks and coffee gracefully to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage your supplies to prevent shortages and ensure your bar is always well-stocked and appealing to customers. Master your goods and margins Effective management of goods and profit margins is crucial for the profitability of your brasserie. Closely monitor your raw material supplies, avoid waste, and negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices. Use management tools to analyze costs, adjust prices, and maximize profits while providing quality products to your customers. Expand your brasserie To expand your brasserie, you will need to meet a number of criteria, such as customer satisfaction, profitability, and service quality.
